First Post Back and a trip to Northwich Xmas Extravaganza

Wow. It has been a very long time since I posted on this blog. Over 11 months. Holy Shit. First things First, Hey Loves, its been a while and I am so unbelievably sorry for not posting on here in so long. To tell you the truth, I lost my love of blogging, I lost all motivation to write, take photos, do anything related to blogging, and I don't know why. I couldn't think of what to write about, anything I did write was a shower of shite, and I didn't want to post anything I wasn't proud of, or that I know you guys would *hopefully* want to read.

Then a couple of weeks ago, I was talking to my mum and I said. ''I really want to get back into blogging, rediscover my love for it again'' and my mum said. ''Do it'' and I replied with ''How? What am I meant to write about, what if no one reads it?'' and all she said was ''Write about what you love and what you are passionate about, revamp your website, and don't worry about if no one reads it. just have fun with it''.

So that's what I am going to do. I'm going to write about what I love, which is Makeup, Disney, Life, Music, Interiors, Travel, and the occasional fashion post, and I'm going to have fun with posting again. I'm also going to bring back my positivity series and even do posts on self love, and body confidence. I also revamped my blog which is something I've been wanting to do for a long time and I absolutely love my new template which I bought from Blogaholic Designs on Etsy. I honestly cannot wait to get back into blogging.

Which leads me onto my first official post back...

. On Saturday 23rd November 2019, I went to the Northwich Christmas Extravaganza with my Mum. It was honestly the best day, and it was amazing to see everyone come together and support the town, and the Northwich BID team who did an incredible job of putting the whole day together, from all the activities that were available (including an Ice Rink, and Snowglobe) to the actual christmas light switch on and the fireworks.

As you can see, there were a lot of fun activities happening around town, from the Christmas Markets, the Snowglobe, Frozen Characters, Fairground rides, Birds of Prey and the Ice Rink to name a few. Mum and I tried to do as many things as we could throughout the day...I did go on the ice rink, and I spent more time on my bum than actual skating which mum seemed to find hilarious (sadly there are no pictures of me on the rink) but I think the best part had to be in Barons Square watching the Lantern Parade and the Samba Band, before the lights were switched on and everyone headed down to watch the fireworks down by the riverside.

Overall it was an incredible day. There are more pictures from the day over on my Instagram if you do want to see more from the day. I just want to thank Northwich BID team for putting on an incredible day and to see the whole of Northwich come together was just amazing. Christmas has definitely arrived in Northwich.

I have a lot more posts coming over the next month including my festive makeup, my annual panto post and other christmas themed posts which I cannot wait for you to read. I am definitely back blogging for good.

I hope you enjoyed this post. Did you go to the annual light switch on in your town or city? If you did, I'd love to know more in the comments below or over on twitter or Instagram. I'll be back soon with another post.

Signing off for now,

Love,
